Junior Electrical Technician

TSMC Arizona’s first fab will operate its leading-edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process), starting production in the first half of 2025. The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. • Material Handling & Setup:
  • Stage conduit, cable trays, wire spools, fittings, and electrical enclosures
  • Assist in organizing and labeling materials for installation by system
  • Pull wire and prep terminations under direction of senior electricians
  • Support layout of conduit and boxes using drawings and field measurements
• Install Support:
  • Assist with installing conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid) using hand and power tools
  • Participate in mounting and securing junction boxes, panels, and devices
  • Support rough-in activities during initial system buildout
  • Learn basic termination techniques and torque procedures (with supervision)
• Safety & Clean Work Practices:
  • Follow electrical safety rules including lockout/tagout, PPE, and energized work restrictions
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, keeping tools and materials secure
  • Observe experienced electricians to learn safe and efficient techniques

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of electrical or construction experience

TSMC Arizona operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position requires the candidate to have ability and willingness to work any shift (day or night) in a compressed work week schedule once training is done. The compressed work week shift structure is Work 4 days on, 3 days off for one week and 3 days on, 4 days off the next week.

Shift is 12 hour shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.

Candidates must be willing and able to work on site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.
