Substrate and Wafer Assembly (APTDSWA) team as a Manufacturing Technician in Arizona.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge semiconductor packaging technologies while enjoying an innovative alternating work schedule that provides exceptional work-life balance. You'll be part of a mission-critical team responsible for developing and manufacturing the advanced packaging solutions that power tomorrow's technology, from smartphones and laptops to data centers and autonomous vehicles.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:18 PM) with alternating work weeks:
Week 1: 3 days (Thursday-Saturday), Week 2: 4 days (Wednesday-Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operations & Maintenance Conduct setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities and maintain system reliability
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage spare parts inventory to support continuous production
Process Optimization & Quality Control Collect and evaluate operating data to make real-time adjustments for optimal efficiency and quality
Execute experiments and implement equipment configuration changes in collaboration with Module Engineering teams
Address and resolve non-standard events on the production line through systematic problem-solving approaches
Training & Safety Leadership Manage buddy, trainer, and certifier programs within the team to develop technical expertise
Update and maintain training manuals to ensure current procedures and best practices
Actively participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities to maintain a compliant work environment

Candidate must be willing to:
Work a compressed work week schedule.
Work in a clean room environment wearing bunny suits, hoods booties safety glasses and gloves. Lift up to 25 lbs. 5 times/day, spend the majority of time (more than 90 percent less break time) in a clean room environment working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a day, and/or standing for 9 hours.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS STEM related OR Associate degree STEM related ORHigh School Diploma or GED and 1.5+ years related hands-on manufacturing experience including military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of prior experience in the following areas:
Electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation repair and operation of semiconductor manufacturing technology. ERT training and certification.
