The Bakers Helper plays a key role in the day to day bakery operations, including preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting with baking tasks from start to finish.;
Assist with planning the days production alongside the Bakery Sales Manager and gather ingredients, following recipes with accuracy and attention to detail.;
Apply icing to baked goods, monitor oven temperatures, and ensure products meet quality standards.;
Provide courteous, helpful service to customers, offer product information, answer questions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
