In the position of Forklift Driver you will be responsible for preparing and shipping outgoing shipments. Organize inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, review outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations, and document damages to inventory. Place raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, pack finished products and organize them for shipments, and complete checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.
TheImpact You’ll Make
- Schedule shipments and plan logistics to ensure sufficient storage space for incoming production items. Use an RF scanner to pick orders from inventory locations and keep up with production pace to pick a standard number of items per hour. Check, verify, and fill customer orders; select and load finished goods into trailers according to purchase order (PO), inspect products for defects and damages, and ship orders accurately.
- Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages and letters within the company. Keep files of goods shipped by preparing regular shipping reports. Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to resolve them.
- Position merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packing and lifting items as necessary and operating forklifts. Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory.
- Ensure efficient operation of palletizing equipment, stretch wrappers, and related equipment has required materials (stretch wrap material, pallets, etc.). Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Desired experience: 1–3 years in a food or beverage production facility
- Desired experience: 1–3 years forklift operation moving solids and fluids
- Computer skills:
Minimum skills with Office Suite/PC - Preferred certification: OSHA Certified Forklift Operator
- Basic English language knowledge
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $16 – $21 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
