A job at TSMC Arizona offers an opportunity to work at one of the most advanced semiconductor fabs in the United States. Today, TSMC Arizona’s first fab is in full operations on its N5 and N4 process technology. Its second fab will utilize its N3 process technology and will start operations in the second half of 2027. It’s third fab will manufacture chips using 2nm or even more advanced process technology, with production starting by the end of the decade.

- Work in an office-based operation environment on 8‑hour day shifts in a work week from Monday to Friday.
- Assist the engineering team from different manufacturing areas, summarizing data and information from engineering systems and providing daily KPI by customized Excel VBA and other tools.
- Utilize technical aptitude, operation process analysis, issue escalation, and work in a User/CIM/IT collaborative team environment as a coordinator.
- Learn the chip manufacturing process and stay informed of procedural changes.
- Assist in executing department daily functions, including automatically collecting & reporting data, simplifying data summary and analysis using available tools such as SQL, VBA, or Python.
- Perform production reporting and analysis, capacity planning, process improvement, workflow, production analysis, and develop dashboards or indicators to assist users in finding valuable information to deal with problems easily or alert abnormal cases automatically.
Training for this position takes 6–9 months which include e‑learning, SOP training, and on‐job training.
Minimum Qualifications- High school Diploma or GED
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Power
BI/VBA coding, lookups, etc. for data analysis - Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for long periods.
- AAS Degree or Technical Certificate
- Manufacturing work experience
