Pay Rate: $32–$35 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced FAA Technician to support the manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial electronic products. This role is ideal for a hands on professional with strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of electronic circuits, and proven soldering expertise.

Position Summary

The Electronics Technician operates production equipment and performs component level assembly, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic products. The role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure all products meet required specifications and tolerance levels. This position relies heavily on experience, judgment, and technical skill and may include leading or directing the work of others.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Operate production and test equipment to manufacture and assemble electronic products.
    • Perform component level troubleshooting and repairs.
    • Assemble and rework electronic components using through hole and surface mount soldering techniques.
    • Follow blueprints, schematics, guidelines, and diagrams to meet design specifications.
    • Ensure all products meet quality, performance, and tolerance requirements.
    • Apply experience and judgment to plan tasks and solve complex technical issues.
    • Maintain accurate documentation related to manufacturing and assembly activities.
    • May provide guidance, training, or direction to other technicians as needed.
    • Perform a variety of tasks in support of production goals and schedules.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 4–6 years of related experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly.
    • Familiarity with electronic concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.
