Our client, a leader in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a New Grad Mechanical Technician to join their team. As a vital part of the technical support department, you will support the installation and maintenance of cutting-edge lithography equipment, contributing to the advancement of technology and innovation. This job is in North Phoenix and you must be within commutable distance to be considered.

** Pay Range:** $50,000 - $60,000 DOE plus OT, benefits

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform installation, assembly, and commissioning of advanced lithography systems at semiconductor manufacturing facilities

+ Conduct system testing, calibration, and qualification procedures to ensure optimal performance

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues during installation and operation

+ Collaborate closely with customer engineers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

+ Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to installation and maintenance activities

** What's Needed?*
* + 0-2 years of experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, or field service (new grads are invited to apply - high school or Associate's degrees with mechanical and hand tool aptitude - even just working on cars or in a shop at home - and a love of manufacturing)

+ Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals is desired but not required

+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and most important, a good attitude and willingness to learn!

+ Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred in a mechanical type skill set (e.g. automotive, semiconductor, machining, etc.)
