Production Lead

We're looking for a hands‑on Production Lead with manufacturing experience who can support daily kit assembly operations while acting as the go‑to person on the production floor. This role leads by example-prioritizing daily workflow, addressing production issues in real time, reinforcing safety and quality standards, and supporting team performance. The Lead also handles basic KPI reporting, pre‑shift safety checks, and end‑of‑day housekeeping coordination.

What to look for:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (medical, regulated, or quality‑driven environments preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving and floor leadership skills; comfortable being first point of contact for issues
• Working knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA experience a plus)
• Ability to coach, train, and support teammates while maintaining a positive, respectful work environment
• Detail‑oriented with experience using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and Excel
• Clear communicator who can manage priorities, update boards, and report daily production KPIs
• High school diploma or equivalent;
