• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
• Operate welding and cutting equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues as they arise.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
• Proficient in welding techniques.
• Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid welding certification is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
