Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Utility Technician, Manufacturing Production
Starting Pay: $23.50 per hour
Compensation is based on relevant skills, experience, and assigned shift.
This position operates on a rotating three‑shift schedule. Employees assigned to afternoon or night shifts are eligible for shift premiums:
- Afternoon Shift: Additional 6% premium
- Night Shift: Additional 10% premium

SummaryAs a utility technician, you will provide mechanical expertise and cost‑effective solutions for multiple utility facility operating and construction projects that meet budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities- Maintain and perform repairs on mechanical equipment.
- Boiler
- Compressed Dry Air System
- Chiller
- HVAC
- Piping, etc.
- Preventive maintenance execution in order to complete all PM tasks.
- Troubleshoot the abrupt breakdown of utility facilities.
- Monitoring utility operation.
- Demonstrate problem‑solving methodology and reduce a loss of utility cost.
- Follow the work procedure and comply with safety & standard.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness at work‑site in accordance with 5S3R Standards.
Trade School Certification in Mechanical Maintenance or related field or equivalent, relevant experience.
Experience1 to 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting as a mechanical utility technician preferred.
Skills- Exposure in mechanical facilities setting, preferably in production facility.
- Experienced with the handling of Utility Facilities.
- Comfortable working independently and with others.
- Results‑oriented and perseverant.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Technically proficient and motivated to continuously improve.
