Exciting 3DP Technician I Opportunity with leading 3D Design & Manufacturing Solutions Provider at A3D Manufacturing!

In this role, you will support manufacturing operations through the production, post‑processing, quality inspection, and fulfillment of customer orders across a variety of additive manufacturing technologies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain production equipment, support quality standards, and ensure products are completed accurately, safely, and on time. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THE 3DP TECHNICIAN I ROLE
  • Receive, prioritize, and process 3D print requests and customer requirements

  • Operate and maintain various types of 3D printers and additive manufacturing technologies

  • Perform post‑processing activities and QA/QC inspections on printed and manufactured parts

  • Package completed products and support shipping activities

  • Track and maintain operational records for internal use and ISO 9001 compliance

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of manufacturing work spaces and production equipment

  • Perform routine daily maintenance on production equipment

  • Support compliance with OSHA safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures

  • Assist with manufacturing operations and production‑related activities as needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure production timelines and quality expectations are met

  • Continuously learn and develop skills related to additive manufacturing technologies and processes

  • Support operational excellence initiatives and contribute to process improvements as needed

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS 3DP TECHNICIAN I ROLE?

Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to work Monday
    - Friday, 5am - 2pm at our Phoenix location

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities

  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams

  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

  • Adaptable and accountable, with a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 49 lbs unassisted and 50+ lbs with assistance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience or familiarity with 3D printing, additive manufacturing operations, or related technologies in manufacturing or production environments

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

  • Basic knowledge of CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS or Fusion 360

  • Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment
