Sequence production runs to reduce changeover time and maximize equipment throughput;
Adjust schedules dynamically based on plant conditions such as downtime or shortages;
Monitor lead times and FIFO usage to prevent spoilage;
Communicate schedule updates to production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams
