Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a  
** Manufacturing Engineer
** to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the  
** Engineering Department
** supporting  
** Production and Quality Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong problem-solving skills** ,  
** effective communication** , and  
** attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.

** Manufacturing Engineer (2-year contract)

** Phoenix, AZ

** Pay Range:**  $60 - $64/hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering

+ Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement

+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

+ 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environment

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
