ISC Production Supervisor
As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations within the integrated supply chain to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. You will manage production teams, coordinate with cross‑functional departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity targets.
You will report directly to our Site Operations Manager and work on an on‑site schedule.
In this role, you will impact overall production efficiency and product quality, contributing to the seamless flow of the supply chain and supporting Honeywell’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management functions and manufacturing processes/operations.
- Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and technologies in supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change.
- Green Belt, Six Sigma or Lean certifications.
