Location:

South Phoenix, 40th & Southern. This entry‑level position involves cleaning aerospace parts using an ultrasonic cleaner, a pressure washer, a grit blaster, and tumblers.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 5:30am – 3:00pm. Pay: $17 per hour. Full time with paid training provided. The company offers competitive wages and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.

• Clean aerospace parts using ultrasonic cleaner and pressure washer.
• Operate grit blaster and tumblers.
• Follow supervisor/lead instructions and run jobs in the specified order.
• Review Traveler for instructions, count parts before and after each job.
• Address discrepancies and bring questions to supervisor/lead.
• Clean parts as necessary before tumbling.
• Stage each job in 15‑minute increments.
• Clean parts after tumbling in ultrasonic cleaner; if no ultrasonic operation follows, ship parts to clean trays.
• 15 minutes before quitting time, clean your area, dump buckets of water, and ensure pumps are cleaned.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week in a fast‑paced, high‑demand, quality environment.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
