Job Summary

We are hiring Care Logistics Specialists to execute precise, repeatable workflows in a high-accountability warehouse environment. This role is responsible for the accurate assembly, kitting, and handling of products that directly support in-home care delivery.

This is not a general warehouse role. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a commitment to quality, compliance, and reliability.

• Execute assembly and kitting workflows with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions without deviation
• Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) for speed, accuracy, and throughput
• Perform quality checks to ensure all orders meet compliance and operational standards
• Maintain organized, clean, and compliant workstations
• Accurately handle inventory, materials, and documentation
• Escalate discrepancies, defects, or process issues immediately
• Support continuous improvement of workflows and operational processes

• Ability to follow multi-step written and verbal instructions with precision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error‑free execution
• Consistent adherence to compliance, safety, and regulatory standards
• High reliability: attendance and punctuality are critical
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Comfort working at a steady, efficient pace for extended periods
