Job Description
To maintain accurate inventory levels. To prepare requested month end reports pertaining to inventory levels and transactions.
Responsibilities- Balance cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory as needed, making adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee inventory balancing.
- Run inventory reports when needed.
- Receive (JDE) of raw materials and PO receipts
- Coordinate and supervise all physical inventories
- Prepare Finished Goods and Raw Material Report and reconcile as needed
- Coordinate and conduct cycle counting program
- Prepare monthly Scrap Pounds Report
- Prepare Special Project reports.
- Support the maintenance of obsolete or slow-moving inventory
- Maintain DCLINK error report
- Assist in any special projects as needed
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of warehouse and/or inventory experience preferred. Basic computer skills.
Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Use of mathematical skills in spreadsheets desired.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
