Job Type: Temp to hire/ Full-Time

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and support efficient plant operations.

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Maintain and track parts inventory needed for repairs
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and quality standards are met
• Follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards within the facility

$23-$28hr DOE

Monday–Friday Must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift when needed Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred)
• Electrical troubleshooting experience and knowledge of PLCs or automation systems
• Experience using CMMS systems and managing maintenance tasks
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
