Bring Your Tools & Talent

Associate's degree, trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of:
Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical systems, Industrial electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, CNC experience is a plus

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Day in the Life:
Maintenance Technician

Start the day checking machines, tightening what needs tightening, and fixing what needs fixing. Jump in when something breaks. Troubleshoot, repair, and get production back on track fast. Keep up with inspections and preventive maintenance so downtime doesn't stand a chance. Team up with coworkers to keep the shop safe, efficient, and running strong.
