Soldering/Assembler Opportunity

Soldering/AssemblerJob Duties
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards and assemblies
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications
- Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly documentation
- Utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Identify and report quality concerns or defects
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Soldering/Assembler Requirements• Must have 2 years of hand soldering experience
• Experience with through-hole and/or surface mount soldering preferred
• Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly work
• Comfortable using microscopes, magnifiers, and precision hand tools
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Manufacturing or electronics assembly experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay:
$18.00–$22.00 per hour DOE
