What's a typical day as a Materials/Components Technician like? Some of the types of responsibilities to expect are:
- Manual packing and unpacking of materials ensuring quality and cleanliness
- Loading, changing, swapping chemical components used in the production of semiconductors
- Receiving, transporting, and maintain inventory of sensitive materials
- General upkeep and preventative maintenance of tools and transportation devices
- Operating in a cleanroom environment wearing PPE at all times
- Data collection, reporting, auditing, and analysis

- The ability to operate a computer for various job assignments with a functional understanding of Microsoft Office Software

Shift Options:
- SHIFT A- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
- SHIFT B- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
- SHIFT C- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
- SHIFT D- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)
- Addition compressed schedules available and may be discussed if needed
Basic requirements:
- Must have a HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to work either day or night shift on a compressed schedule (12 – 13 hour shifts; 3 to 4 days per week)
- Must be able to stand for long periods, move significant distances, and carry up to 30lbs frequently
- Must be able to pass a background check
