Location:
Phoenix, AZ
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Overtime as needed Pay Rate: $20/hr
Duties:
- Assemble machinery, electrical equipment, and other components according to instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and similar documentation
- Use hand tools and machinery to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain production logs, records, and reports
- Perform basic equipment and conveyor maintenance and repairs as needed
- Inventory tools, parts, and supplies and notify materials personnel when replenishment is needed
- Conduct quality checks per policy to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Resolve product issues and notify supervisors of discrepancies
- Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Support production demands by working assigned hours and overtime as required
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software for recordkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment repairs
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Dependable and trustworthy
