Job SummaryThe Quality Technician ensures that all products meet food safety and quality standards by conducting testing, monitoring processes, and supporting compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform product testing throughout processing and packaging
- Monitor product quality, temperatures, and processing parameters
- Conduct sanitation audits, GMP checks, and compliance documentation
- Inspect equipment and production lines before operations
- Support HACCP programs, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- QA experience within the food industry
- Experience with swab and allergen testing
- Knowledge of sanitation processes
- Understanding of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Ability to coach and guide team members on quality standards
