**** Summary
* * The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for constructing and assembling cabinets in accordance with established specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
** Essential Functions
*** Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine cabinet dimensions and materials required.
* Selecting materials, such as wood, laminates, and hardware, and other hand and power tools.
* Assembling cabinet components using adhesives, screws, nails, and other fasteners, ensuring precise alignment and fit.
* Installing hardware, such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides, according to design specifications.
* Inspecting finished cabinets for quality and accuracy, making adjustments and repairs as needed.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.
* Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
* Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
** Requirements
* ** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a cabinet assembler or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinet components.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
