This Maintenance Technician role supports a high-volume aerospace facility producing flight-critical components for multiple applications. We're looking for a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who can quickly respond to equipment issues in a fast-paced production environment.

This is with a global manufacturer of precision metal components for aerospace, defense, energy, and medical industries. Produces mission-critical parts with strict quality standards in a highly technical environment using CNC machines, robotics, and heat treat equipment. Job Type: This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across manufacturing equipment
• Support uptime of CNC machines, ovens, conveyors, molding presses, and robotic systems
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Perform facility maintenance support tasks as needed, including basic plumbing and general repairs

Schedule:

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• On-call rotation required approximately once every 7 weeks

Pay: $27.00 – 50.00/hour

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic PLC understanding with ability to operate equipment (not programming)
• Experience working in manufacturing environments (aerospace, automotive, mining, or similar preferred)
