1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday–Friday (Shift Differential Available)
Overtime:
Approximately 10 hours of OT available weekly

Responsibilities- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC vertical milling machines
- Produce complex precision components to exact specifications
- Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints
- Install tooling, fixtures, offsets, and load programs for production and R&D projects
- Utilize Fanuc or Heidenhain controls to optimize machine performance
- Edit and troubleshoot G-code and M-code at the machine
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Machine titanium, stainless steel, alloys, and plastics while maintaining tight tolerances
- Conduct in-process inspections and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet demanding schedules
- Troubleshoot tooling, setup, and machining challenges

Preferred Experience:
- CNC milling experience
- 3- to 5-axis machining experience
- Blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
- Ability to edit programs and troubleshoot machining processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
$30.00–$35.00/hr + Shift Differential

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
