As a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Strong leadership and ability to provide technical guidance
