Description
- Coordinate and prioritize production orders to meet customer demand.
- Review production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials as needed.
- Track the progress of production runs and provide updates to management.
- Communicate with production teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and create reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure seamless operations.
- Create manufacturing labels based on specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in production control or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with production scheduling software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
