Machine Operator - 1st Shift

ECHO Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator to join our growing team.

We are seeking a Machine Operator who will operate and support the trimmer line by changing spools, packaging and labeling finished products, monitoring production and equipment performance, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment while supporting overall production goals.

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Wage is $16.25/hour

• Safely and efficiently change trimmer line spools to maintain continuous production flow
• Package finished goods, including spools, loops, and cut line products
• Accurately label products to ensure proper identification and shipment
• Monitor production output to meet daily production targets
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
• Continuously monitor machinery for malfunctions or irregularities; promptly notify the lead when issues arise
• Assemble boxes and prepare materials for packaging
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goals

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift and handle materials and spools weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to often stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
