Job Duties:

• Maintain our entire inventory keeping all items in perfect shape
• Work with a small team getting through urgent repairs quickly and efficiently while keeping other repairs at by as well
• Refinishing
• Reconstruction of highly damaged pieces
• Working with a team in a respectful, positive manner

Skills:

• Woodworking
• Matching very old wood finishes
• Taking out scratches in wood
• Painting techniques
• Refinishing
• Matching wood grain with painting techniques
• Fluent in working with power tools, hand tools
• Understand forces acting on joints
• Have a true passion and ability to solve tricky problems in a short amount of time
• Work Quickly and Safe while producing excellent results

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years of furniture repair experience
• A self‑motivated individual with a strong work ethic to meet deadlines and goals
• Ability to maintain consistent and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently, as well as, be an effective team player
• High School degree - additional industry-related education/degrees or certificates is a bonus!
