Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician

The Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting production operations in a controlled cleanroom environment. This role involves assembling products, operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.

• Perform manufacturing and assembly activities in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate production equipment following SOPs and batch records.
• Conduct visual inspections and report product defects.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Follow gowning procedures and contamination control practices.
• Maintain inventory of production materials.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in a technical or scientific discipline preferred.

• Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

• 13 years of manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology experience is a plus.
