Assemble coil components (tubes, headers, return bends, distributors, fittings) prior to brazing according to work orders and drawings;
Braise copper tubing and fittings using oxy-acetylene or induction torch techniques following prescribed procedures and standards;
Control flame temperature, filler material, and heat time to achieve consistent, leak-free joints without overheating or oxidation;
Prepare joints for brazing by cleaning, aligning, and properly fluxing as required;
Inspect completed brazed joints visually and through pressure/leak tests to ensure integrity and appearance
