Overview
We are looking for a director level site leader, a transformation leader who has successfully scaled manufacturing capacity and led complex, cross-functional initiatives delivering measurable operational results.
Job Requirements- 10+ years experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, process flow, capacity planning, and operational KPIs.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Manufacturing experience with engineered-to-order critical infrastructure equipment, modular construction, refrigeration / thermal systems, complex configured or engineered product manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field.
- 10-25% travel.
