Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Pasteurizer/Batcher to ensure products are prepared per recipes and pasteurized to meet quality standards. This role handles batching, testing, and line setup for CIP and production lines.
You’ll work 12-hour shifts, Wed–Sat on a rotating 4/3 schedule with every other Wednesday off, and comply with GMP, PPE, and food-safety practices. Prior dairy or manufacturing experience is preferred.
