What you will be doingAs an HTST Operator at our dairy production facility, you will operate and monitor the High‑Temperature Short‑Time (HTST) pasteurization system, ensuring product safety and quality. You will set up and maintain equipment, conduct routine quality checks, troubleshoot issues, keep detailed production records, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Main responsibilities- Complete milk and cream pasteurization and related CIP processes.
- Batch products as needed.
- Log ingredients in Factory Track software, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain vitamin levels for HTST milk products.
- Execute allergen control program and ensure QA testing compliance.
- Monitor fats, solids, and allergens in dairy products.
- Maintain equipment sanitation through CIP and manual cleaning.
- Report food safety/quality issues to management.
- Promote a safe work environment and follow 5S and GMP standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Pay TransparencyStarting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k)). Associates may be eligible for quarterly bonuses per company bonus plans.
