We're looking for a Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll perform precision welding operations using manual TIG, CNC TIG, and Electron Beam (EB) welding equipment while ensuring parts meet quality and production requirements.

What You'll Be Doing- Prepare weld joints according to traveler instructions
- Perform welding using manual TIG, CNC TIG, and/or EB welding equipment
- Complete welding operations on a variety of components
- Prepare parts using belt sanding and other finishing methods
- Inspect tools and equipment before use
- Complete required traveler and production documentation
- Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment as required
- Maintain production, quality, and safety standards
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all company quality, safety, and ethical standards
- Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Help with other shop duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified to WD-001 or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to pass a reading test
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Knowledge of welding processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable using computers for production tracking and documentation
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non‑exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
