Pay: $19‑20 per hour plus $2.50 per hour for overtime.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm.

• Assemble panel components using hand tools and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to accurately construct frames.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards and are free from damage or defects.
• Sort and organize materials and components needed for frame assembly.
• Operate up‑cut saw safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for operating in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of prior experience in manufacturing preferred.

Ability to lift and move components weighing up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods; frequent walking and bending required.

Primarily a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels; adherence to safety protocols and PPE use required.

Full‑time position with standard hours; occasional overtime during peak periods; fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities; collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
