As a Fabricator, you will operate band saws and other specialized equipment to custom-fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other insulation materials. The role requires reliability, safety focus, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
• Accurately measure material for production efficiency.
• Maintain quality standards and orderly work area.
• Ensure daily production targets are met.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Experience or training in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment (preferred).
• Medically certified to wear a respirator if required.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Forklift certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
