Wash Plant Operator – Peoria, AZ

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking applicants for a Wash Plant Operator based out of the Peoria, AZ location. This role is responsible for operating a crushing and screening plant and maximizing material processing efficiency and quality while maintaining safety standards.

• Operate and monitor a wash/crushing and screening plant to process materials in accordance with production targets and quality standards.
• Inspect equipment, monitor gauges, perform routine maintenance, and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow standard operating procedures, adhere to safety policies, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize plant performance and achieve production goals.

• Relevant experience operating mineral processing, wash, or crushing/screening plants preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic process instructions, safety guidelines, and quality specifications.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity; good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
