The Electrical Assembler is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels according to schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions. Daily tasks include installing electrical components, routing and terminating wires, performing mechanical assembly, and using hand and power tools to build and complete panels. The role involves inspecting work for accuracy and safety, performing basic testing, and documenting any issues or changes.

The Electrical Assembler collaborates with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety and quality standards.

• Candidates should possess strong panel wiring skills, including reading electrical schematics, routing conductors, and making accurate terminations.
• Candidates should possess soldering skills for secure electrical connections and component installation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with hand tools, such as crimpers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and measuring tools, used in electrical assembly.
• Candidates should possess experience using power tools, including drills and drivers, in a safe and controlled manner.
• Candidates should possess mechanical assembly abilities, including mounting components, enclosures, and hardware within control panels.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with UL508A standards, prior experience in industrial control panel assembly, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical or industrial technology is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phoenix, AZ, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights as required by the role.
