Manufacturing Technician I
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm
Pay: $17.50- $18.00 an hour
Type: Contract, Full-Time

What You’ll Do:- Support production, business, and other processes in a team setting
- Perform routine manual tasks following detailed guidelines
- Work in cross‑functional areas such as production planning, quality systems, materials management, and process improvement
- Assemble parts into products following provided instructions, with a focus on sustainability and waste reduction.
- Sanitize all finished products thoroughly, following established sanitization procedures before packaging.
- Assist in simple repairs for products that don’t meet quality standards.
- Interact with internal and external customers for production planning and process enhancement
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic technical aptitude; willingness to learn new skills
- Detail‑oriented, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to follow defined rules and procedures
- Successful background and drug screen
