Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous powder coating, paint line, or industrial finishing experience preferred
- Experience operating production equipment is a plus
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, hanging, and inspecting materials
- Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality
- Load and unload parts from production lines, racks, and curing ovens
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and PPE requirements
- Assist with material handling and other manufacturing duties as needed
- Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and twist
- Wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary
