The Role

At Re-Bath, we are looking for hands‑on, dependable individuals who enjoy building, creating, and working in a team‑oriented environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality components used in our bathroom remodeling projects.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines.
  • Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Complete required quality assurance documentation.
  • Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate scrap, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Comfortable working with your hands in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
  • Experience working in a production or industrial environment.
  • Experience performing quality inspections or quality assurance documentation.
