Job Summary

The Process Technician supports daily injection molding operations by setting up machines, monitoring processes, maintaining quality standards, and resolving technical issues to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and resolve defects or machine issues.
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines, including mold changes and equipment setup according to production schedules.
  • Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure standards are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes and implement improvements.
  • Maintain safety, documentation, and training standards, including accurate records, routine maintenance, and operator support.
