US Foods Stock Yards Facility is seeking a skilled meat cutter for 1st shift. You will trim and portion meat to customer specifications, read cut tickets, label portions, and maintain sanitary cutting rooms in a refrigerated environment. Overtime may be required as needed.
Minimum 1 year experience as a meat cutter and a high school diploma or GED preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; on-site facility with GMP compliance.
