CrimsonXT in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a global HVAC manufacturing facility. This role reports to plant leadership and requires strong cross-functional oversight of Production, Materials, Quality, Logistics and CSD.
The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in HVAC, with a track record in Lean and continuous improvement and capacity planning for 60–150+ hourly employees.
