1st shift Extrusion Machine operator

Join our Phoenix team manufacturing PVC pipe! Operate extrusion machinery, perform quality checks, and handle materials in a physical warehouse environment (2-2-3 schedule, alternating weekends). We are seeking a dedicated Extrusion Machine Operator to join our night shift team in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate machinery to manufacture high-quality PVC pipe products, monitor production lines, and perform routine equipment maintenance.

This is a physical role in a warehouse setting. While the facility utilizes swamp coolers, candidates must be comfortable working in warm temperatures. We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual committed to workplace safety and product quality.

• Operate and monitor PVC extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Offload, handle, and stack finished PVC pipes onto pallets for transport.
• Perform quality control checks to meet company standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular machine cleaning, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.
• Strictly follow all safety protocols and collaborate with supervisors to meet targets.

• Prior machinery operation experience in manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including heavy lifting in hot environments.
• strong attention to detail, quality focus, and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (including alternating weekends).
