A well-established paper production company in North Phoenix is looking for a dependable Print Operator to join their team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a stable schedule, a clean work environment, and excellent opportunities for long-term career growth. Job duties include:

• Operate industrial printing machines that produce customer billing envelopes
• Program and set up print jobs using computerized equipment
• Monitor multiple machines to ensure continuous production
• Load large paper rolls (approximately 5-foot diameter) onto machinery using carts
• Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
• Cross-train on multiple printing machines and production processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements include:

• Stable work history- current resume required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Comfortable using computers and programming production equipment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to push and maneuver large rolls of paper using carts
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred
