• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on automated production and logistics equipment
• Work with electric motors, transmissions, and gearboxes
• Assist with conveyors, belts, bearings, and pulleys
• Utilize basic knowledge of drives and HMI systems
• Support general building and facility maintenance needs
• Maintain equipment performance to support production goals

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
