Meat Cutter

US Foods is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter for our Stock Yards custom-cut operation. In this on-site role, you'll accurately cut, trim, and portion beef, pork, and other proteins to exact customer specifications, meeting quality, yield, and productivity goals in a refrigerated production environment. You'll read and follow production tickets, operate cutting equipment, maintain sharp knives, and ensure strict food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
